スリランカ式 チキンカレー の 作り方  (4人分)

① フライパンにカレーパウダー (大さじ2) を入れ、煙が立つまで、から炒りする。

②  ボールにチキンと①を入れてよく揉む。

③ フライパンにココナッツオイルをたっぷり目に入れ、   ニンニク・生姜 など入れて、香りが立ったら玉ねぎ・トマトのスライスを軽く一つまみ程入れて炒める。

④ ③ に ② を入れ、更に炒める。

⑤ 水と、可能なら、月桂樹を加えて塩で味付けフタをして30分煮る。

⑥ ターメリック(ウコン)を入れた場合はここでココナッツミルクを入れて煮る。

⑦ 1度火からおろし落ち着かせてから、最後にもう一度塩で味をととのえる。

⚠️ ミルクを入れたら沸騰させないで下さい。
ココナッツオイルがなければ他のオイルで。　
ココナッツミルクの代わりに牛乳でもかまいません。
